Hybrid design

Not all components can be produced additively.

Conventional processes are often cheaper due to the size of the component or the volume. One approach to be able to use the advantages of additive manufacturing also in large assemblies is the so-called hybrid design. Here, assamblies of additive and conventionally manufactured parts are joined together, which also enables the construction of large structures.

This process allows us to optimally combine the advantages of different manufacturing processes.
